I am a trusts and estates solicitor and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

My practice area includes Will drafting, estate planning, probate (UK and international), trusts (including trusts of land), and matters relating to Lasting Powers of Attorney. I have also acted in relation to inheritance and trust-related disputes.

I am based in Bath and Wells, and regularly travel to clients in Bristol and across Somerset. 

In addition to working for clients directly, I also work as a consultant for law firms and undertake professional trustee and executor roles.
