I am a qualified trusts and estates solicitor and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners,

I am based in the Bath and Mid-Somerset area, but I regularly travel for client work in London, Surrey and throughout the West Country. 

My practice area include Will drafting, estate planning, probate (UK and international), trusts (including trusts of land), and matters relating to Lasting Powers of Attorney. I also act for clients in relation to inheritance, probate and trust disputes, and have experience of making successful Presumption of Death Act applications.

My clients include:

• executors and trustees, including charitable trustees;

• working individuals and families, including teachers, medics, white-collar professionals, blue-collar workers, and small business owners;

• retired clients, who may be concerned with potential care fees and preserving family assets, or want their estate planning in general to be reviewed;

• co-owners of property and land, including couples, friends and business partners;

• high-net worth clients, who may own assets abroad, have significant business interests, and/or have complex tax and succession planning needs;

• farmers, who might need assistance with tax and succession planning;

• expats and international clients, who own assets in the UK and/or are originally from the UK;

• beneficiaries of trusts and estates, who may want independent legal advice on, or assistance with, a dispute relating to a Will, trust, or the conduct of executors or trustees.
